CORE FLOOD 20K Flood Light

The CORE FLOOD is ideal for fast deployment to quickly light large scenes, areas, car parks, training grounds, arenas and requires no planning permission in most places. Also available with 100-240V input. The head sits on a lightweight tripod (3kg), with a provided ground anchor for windy conditions at 3.5m with options to choose between bespoke battery power for ultimate portability, alternatively 110v or 230V AC input for extended use as an optional accessory.

Focused optics and "equivalent" lumens

Most floodlights have little or no beam shaping, so light spreads out in a wide arc and much of it lands where nobody is playing (eg into the sky). Our collimating lens concentrates the light into a 90-degree beam aimed at the playing surface, cutting wasted light on the sky and minimising light pollution.

Lumens measure the total light a lamp produces, wherever it ends up. Some manufacturers quote an "equivalent" figure to account for wasted light. By that method, our 20,000 lumen light puts the same lux on the pitch as a 34,000 lumen light with no lens. We quote the real figure first so you can compare like for like.

How many lights do I need?

As a guide, four units light an area of around 50m x 30m (1,500 sqm). The right number depends on the size of the space and the light level you need. Multi-light kits are available in 2, 4, 6, 8, 12 and 16 light configurations.
